Location: Cairo – (New Cairo) – Hybrid working model – 3 days / week
office – 2 days remote

About the customer: Our client is a specialized software provider serving the furniture and kitchen retail industry. It offers tailored ERP solutions, advanced 3D planning tools, and IT infrastructure services designed to meet the needs of mid-sized retailers. With a strong presence in the DACH region, the company supports its clients in navigating digital transformation while maintaining deep industry expertise. As part of a larger software group, it combines vertical specialization with the backing of a broader strategic network.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage the organizational follow-up of TS orders
• Plan and control project timelines and deliverables
• Develop and maintain processing and shipping schedules
• Oversee and optimize material flow
• Generate and manage service invoices
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and teams

Anforderungen & Fähigkeiten

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Experience in logistics, order processing, or service coordination
• Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
