From ideation to launch, the Funding Scout project was a model of efficient collaboration between a diverse international K&C team and the Amt Viöl stakeholders. Despite working across time zones and languages, the team delivered a fully functional, user-centric platform within five months. Built with a scalable monolithic architecture and an intuitive UI, Funding Scout is already helping municipalities reduce time spent on applications and increase their success rate. The project became more than software delivery — it was a cross-cultural experience and a digital leap for rural Germany.
