Senior Sales Consultant

The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. This includes identifying and acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships, and negotiating and closing contracts. The Sales Manager works closely with Marketing, PreSales, Product Management, and Customer Service to provide optimal solutions for clients.

In addition to managing the entire sales process, the Sales Manager analyzes market and competitive trends, develops pricing and offer strategies, and actively contributes to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. They serve as a key interface between customers and the company, ensuring long-term customer loyalty through professional conduct and expert advice.

As part of a larger international technology group, they combine deep market knowledge with global reach to drive digital transformation for their clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts
• Conduct market and competitor analyses
• Prepare offers and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate closely with PreSales, Product Management, and Marketing
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Report to the Director of Sales & IT Operations

Requirements & Skills

• Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT/technology sector
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Goal-oriented and structured work approach
• Strong team player with assertiveness and a results-driven mindset
• International collaboration and travel may be required.
