Senior Manual QA

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and test complex specifications, acceptance criteria, features, and technical tasks
  • Execute manual and exploratory testing across full-stack systems and APIs
  • Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly using industry-standard tools
  • Collaborate closely with QA Manager, Product Owner, and Dev Leads to triage issues and prioritize fixes
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and QA team meetings
  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives in QA planning, execution, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodology and QA best practices
  • Suggest and help implement solutions to improve product and process quality

Requirements & Skills

  • Technical Skills
    • 4+ years of QA experience, especially in manual testing of complex systems
    • Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing best practices
    • Experience testing APIs, frontend/backend systems, and integrations
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, BrowserStack, GitHub
    • Ability to read, maintain, and validate RESTful API tests
    • Experience working with TypeScript-based test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Percy, Artillery.io)

    • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
