Microsoft Incentives & CSP Revenue Specialist
We are scaling our Microsoft CSP business and building a high-impact revenue engine in Cairo (Hybrid). This role goes beyond operations—you will directly drive incentive revenue and co-sell success. Join a fast-moving team where ownership, impact, and execution define success.
Responsibilities:
- Own MCI end-to-end and maximize incentive revenue across CSP deals
- Drive co-sell deals with Microsoft from pipeline to close
- Structure Azure deals to capture all eligible incentives
- Manage Partner Center claims, tracking, and pipeline visibility
- Design deals to optimize incentives from the start
- Build dashboards to track earnings and incentive performance
Requirements & Skills:
Hard Skills:
- Hands-on MCI ownership with proven revenue impact
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Partner Center operations
- Experience structuring and closing co-sell opportunities
- Knowledge of Azure incentives and consumption models
Soft Skills:
- Highly autonomous with strong ownership mindset
- Fast execution and results-driven approach
