Senior Manual QA

Responsibilities
- Analyze and test complex specifications, acceptance criteria, features, and technical tasks
- Execute manual and exploratory testing across full-stack systems and APIs
- Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate closely with QA Manager, Product Owner, and Dev Leads to triage issues and prioritize fixes
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and QA team meetings
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives in QA planning, execution, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodology and QA best practices
- Suggest and help implement solutions to improve product and process quality
Requirements & Skills
- Technical Skills
- 4+ years of QA experience, especially in manual testing of complex systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing best practices
- Experience testing APIs, frontend/backend systems, and integrations
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, BrowserStack, GitHub
- Ability to read, maintain, and validate RESTful API tests
- Experience working with TypeScript-based test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Percy, Artillery.io)

- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable participating in planning, standups, retrospectives, and refinements
