The Opportunity
- This is a leadership role for a builder.
- You will not inherit an empty field. You will build on an existing team of experienced senior AI engineers, first AI solutions, and a company with real delivery power.
- Your mission is to turn AI from potential into business value.
- You will work directly with enterprise clients, sales teams, and our AI engineers. Your role is to turn business problems into AI solutions that can be scoped, sold, delivered, and measured.
- You will lead through clarity, business understanding, technical credibility, speed, and ownership.
What You Will Own
AI Consulting Leadership
You build and guide K&C’s AI consulting capability. You create the structure, standards, and direction that allow us to turn AI opportunities into real client projects.
Client Problem Understanding
You work with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, pain points, workflows, data realities, and operational constraints. You translate messy business situations into clear AI use cases and software requirements.
Solution Shaping
Together with our senior AI engineers, you shape AI solutions that are understandable for clients, feasible for delivery, and valuable for the business. You help define scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
Team Leadership
You lead AI consultants and engineers across our nearshore hubs. You create clarity, align people, remove ambiguity, and ensure the team knows what needs to be delivered and why it matters.
AI Service Portfolio
You define and continuously improve what K&C offers in AI: consulting formats, solution types, delivery models, proposal structures, pricing logic, reusable assets, and quality standards.
Sales & Account Expansion
You work closely with our sales team in Germany to turn leads into signed projects. You also actively identify new AI opportunities within existing accounts to generate your own pipeline and drive growth.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a client-facing technology role: IT consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, delivery leadership, or technical product management
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI: LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, and AI-enabled software delivery
- You translate messy business problems into clear AI use cases, delivery scopes, and client proposals
- Commercial instinct: you understand that a good solution must be valuable, sellable, deliverable, and profitable
- Credibility in front of enterprise clients — you ask sharp questions and create clarity under pressure
- Based in Egypt (Hybrid model)
