We are recruiting a 3-strong starting team for a pre-product start-up. The initial team will consist of:

  • 1x exceptional FS Team Lead & Architect (React, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Node.js, …)
  • 2x strong FE Developer (React, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, …)

As this team will lay the foundation for the product, you must show exceptional coding and communication skills.

Team overview

  • The FS Team Lead & Architect is THE key position. A such, the selected candidate will be:
  • Super smart and capable of managing a team”.
  • He/she will do code reviews.
  • Exceptionally clean, high-quality code.
  • Outstanding work ethics (the first 2 months will be very intense!).
  • Exceptional communication/English skills.
  • The first 3 members need to have built similar products before.

Based in Krakow

Our client strongly believes working together in person maximizes productivity (especially during this early critical phase of the company).

The founding team will work directly with the team, meaning the developers will also be onsite as well, at least over the first several months of work.

*Later on, we may want to build a native mobile inspector app => React native. Having the web app in React instead of Vue would reduce overhead (unified JS framework).
