We are recruiting a senior full stack JavaScript engineer with Node.js experience to work on a project within the AdTech division of our customer, a well-known German technology company.

The customer’s AdTech division promotes free and independent media with intelligent advertising technology. Our client empowers their customers by monetizing their users with efficient adtech products.

Standardized. Automated. AI-powered. This is accomplished through a microservice landscape to serve a wide range of clients.

The project entails not only programming but also: E2E testing, monitoring and data-driven optimization

Responsibilities

• Know-How transfer for the architecture of the software and ensure stable ad delivery to millions of concurrent users

• Finding solutions for our SDK’s to open up different environments with one code base written in JavaScript

• Design and develop scalable services hosted and deployed via Github, TravisCI and AWS

• Provide solid KPIs for the purpose of real-time service-monitoring

Requirements

• Profound experience in JavaScript – 5 years+
• Significant expertise in Node.js – 3 years+
• Async programming – 2 years+
• Client-server communication handling – 2 years+
• Keeping an eye on scalability, maintainability as well as performance impacts
• Strong proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus
