K&C is looking for an enthusiastic and talented addition to our HR team to take on the role of People Partner. Based in our Baku office and offering hybrid flexibility, this is a role that will be best suited to someone ambitious to develop their HR career in an international environment.

Your role

• Manage employee lifecycle processes: facilitate onboarding, finalise adaptation and trial periods, collect information for and from feedback talks, manage offboarding etc.
• Conduct regular ongoing communication with employees, identify and manage personal issues and be the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related inquiries.
• Manage HR flow (vacations, sick leave, parental leave etc.), provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and monitor the keeping of approved procedures.
• Organize and keep up-to-date company databases for employee matters.
• Assist with the customisation of HR procedures and policies, and ensure they are followed by employees.
• Consult management regarding employee relations issues, suggesting solutions.
• Contribute to internal corporate news and other communication materials.
• Drive and influence the culture and people aspects of organizational change, improving business efficiency and supporting growth.
• Make a contribution to or take a leadership role in the organisation of general team events like internal meetups, parties, etc.

We work with some of Europe’s best-known brands, helping them build the software solutions they need to stay on top, as well as innovative SMEs and award-winning start-ups.

Sometimes we build out our partners’ new digital products from A to Z, handing them the keys to the finished product. Or we provide software development teams and specialists who work side-by-side with our partners’ in-house tech stars.

Our head office is in Munich but we are a distributed company with K&Cers across Europe and beyond. Some of us work from one of our 5 national offices, some entirely remotely, and others choose a hybrid model.
