K&C – the company

We are K&C and for the past 23 years, we’ve been building software for phenomenal companies and organisations from Germany, Europe and sometimes beyond! We work with some of Europe’s best known brands, helping them build the software solutions they need to stay on top, as well as innovative SMEs and award-winning start-ups.

Sometimes we build out our partners’ new digital products from A to Z, handing them the proverbial keys to the finished product. Other times we provide software development teams and specialists who work side-by-side with our partners’ in-house tech stars.

Our head office is in Munich but we are a distributed company with K&Cers across Europe and beyond. Some of us work from one of our 5 national offices, some entirely remotely, and others choose a hybrid model.

K&C – the people

We are readers, gamers, ravers, rockers, classical concert-goers, hikers, footballers, fishers, dog-people, cat-people, hamster-people and snake-people (well, ‘person’ in that last category 🙂 ). We are single people, family people, energetic people, happy people, extroverts, introverts and somewhere in the middle people.

We are people from Germany, Ukraine, the UK, the USA, Poland, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Romania, Iraqi Kurdistan and more.

What does an IT recruiter role at K&C involve?

  • You will run the full-circle recruitment process from sourcing to accepted offers (we hire for technical positions in different locations and to work on different projects).
  • Onboarding of newcomers.
  • Administration of the HR flow (no boring Excel sheets, we use an automated system)
  • Taking part in other HR and recruitment activities eg. employer brand building.

What are we looking for?

  • Passion for recruitment and HR
  • Some experienced in HR (or recruitment) of at least 6 months – 1 year
  • Motivation to take on new challenges and drive your personal growth
  • A strong desire to constantly learn and get better as a professional.
