We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate MERN Developer (UI Developer) to join our MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) team.

Candidates should have proven experience as a MERN Developer, strong proficiency in JavaScript, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and fluent English. Find a full list of the required qualifications below.

This is a fully remote or hybrid role embedded with our client – a Swedish supply chain management company.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new
features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Implement responsive design and ensure applications work across various devices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices.

Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as a MERN Developer with 2–4 years of professional
experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Experience in creating React application using Redux library.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and React-bootstrap.
Proficiency in building RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
Experience with MongoDB, including database design and querying.
Familiarity with Git source management tool.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries like Vue.js or Angular is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
ERP systems knowledge and business knowledge in sales/finance/wholesales area is a plus.
