We are recruiting a senior business consultant with a background in data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools. This is a remote role with our client, a major international distribution ERP and Supply Chain Management company.

The successful candidate will be professionally proficient in either:

• English and French
• English and Italian

Role description

As a Business Consultant, you will be involved in the customer’s journey when they choose to change or upgrade their business system.

As a trusted advisor, your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing business operations, identifying untapped potential, and implementing effective solutions.

Together with our ambitious professional services team you will deliver services and lead our customers to increased value with your financial knowledge and ideas for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ business operations, processes, and strategies to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements effectively.
• Deliver impactful presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments.
• Meet or exceed personal targets, ensuring project profitability and exceptional customer care.

Your profile

• A degree in finance education or equivalent professional experience (in Finance or in similar consulting role).
• Familiar with different finance application areas (G/L, A/R, A/P, cost accounting, asset management, reporting…).
• Familiar with ERP system implementations or a strong interest in IT systems.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Solid understanding of various business functions.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, CMC) are a plus.
