The customer is heavily involved in the construction sector and businesses focused on quality-of-life planning which are at the crossroads of several major challenges: dense and sustainable cities, the urgent need for affordable housing, energy renewal for all buildings and, more generally, of all neighbourhoods. These pressures result in new regulations, increased cost-control measures, different organisation for construction sites, additional training needs for the entire industry and more.

In this context, our customer brings all the necessary tools and services to professionals in these sectors to navigate those changes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for questions from the development team requirements, serve as a liaison between the product management and development teams.
• Active participation in requirements gathering, product/service definition, scoping, decision making, and technical implementation planning.
• Some direct interaction with end-customers (eg Marketers, Producers) with the help of the Product Owner and Business Analyst from the Customer’s side.
• Write the detailed development requirements in Jira and review them back with the Product Owner.
• Explain the details and answer questions from the development teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years thorough BA skills in projects (requirements management experience is a plus).
• Good technical skills to write technical requirements and discuss with Developers.
• Experience in working with customers from different locations.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully familiar with Agile.
• English – fluent.
