Senior Test Manager

We are recruiting a remote senior Test Manager to join our team working with a well-established and innovative German company providing industry-specific data products and a tender platform for commercial and public projects.

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced test engineer who will thoroughly and effectively test our partner’s application before it goes live and then work with the development team on an ongoing basis to improve the quality of shipped code.

Active participation in release management in support of our product owner is expected.

Tasks

Manual testing of web applications and APIs
Working around Scrum, i.e. testing user stories and testing and accepting them using acceptance criteria
Capture test logs in a way that developers can effectively troubleshoot (screenshots, etc.)
Participation in release management in JIRA: Which version was tested, which bugs were fixed, release notes etc.

Requirements

Manual testing – 5+ years
Scrum – 3+ years
Release Management – 3+ years
Jira – 3+ years
Test Logs – 3+ years
English – proficient
