Senior back end developer with Java

We are recruiting a senior back end developer with Java to join the team of our client, a major German ecommerce group.

In this remote position, you will have a key role in the further development and scaling of their EU-wide and nationally localised ecommerce platform.

Requirements

High proficiency in Java 16+ and Spring Boot

At least 6 years of backend development experience, ideally in web/cloud-based environments

Experience in e-commerce is a must-have

Strong understanding of microservice architectures

Familiarity with CI/CD, dockerization, and scrum/scaled agile development processes
Proactive mentality and able to work on your own
English – proficient

Would be nice to have

SAP Hybris knowledge is a plus

Micronaut experience is a nice to have
