The role and ideal candidate profile


K&C would be nowhere without its successful and dynamic sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the flexible software development and tech talent recruitment services that our customers rely on.


The ideal candidate for this sales representative role will have an understanding of sales processes, CRM / databases, Excel, lead generation, network and relationship building and last but far from least – closing deals.


You will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our services and company in a compelling way. Often tasked with customer meetings, giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.


Role objectives

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on/lead communications with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers & key accounts.
  • Develop and implement a territory-based action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers.


Responsibilities

  • Represent K&C’s products and services, using consumer & market research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
  • Represent K&C as a company – clearly communicating our professionalism, mission, values and culture.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth service knowledge and be able to conduct sales presentations and handle objections.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for customer presentations.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives and our recruitment team to ensure that agreements are being met and company standards upheld.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and stable customer CRM / Database

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales or 360 recruitment experience (within the IT industry is a +)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, Bullhorn, etc.)
  • Excellent social media and market research understanding / experience (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.


Would be a bonus 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer meetings and events
